Small update, fixing some bugs (KFS v.1.4.7a)

1. Removed the Bus in the middle of the map
   
2. Fixed /warhourvehicles (/whv) command so You don't spawn in the middle of the map
   
3. Fixed the /wheels command (Removed the dialog when Your not in a vehicle)
   
4. Fixed the 'Buffalo' vehicle from the /spawn menu, so it spawns correctly now
